Shipping

For all shipping we use FedEx or Royal Mail.

Please read on for details on delivery time, prices, where we deliver, and an explanation of any delivery discounts or surcharges added when calculating your shipping costs.


Delivery Time
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day via Royal Mail or FedEx, we aim to deliver the next working day but this could take up to 3 working days. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day. For deliveries to Europe please allow 3 to 5 working days, for delivery to the rest of the World please allow 5 to 10 working days. There may be unforeseen circumstances to delay delivery for which we will not be held responsible.
Artwork
Depending on in store stock levels some prints may have longer dispatch times. If we do not hold the artwork in store a title 'Art Delivery Info' next to the 'Buy' buttom will inform you of this. In this instance please allow 10 working days for these prints to be dispatched in addition to the standard shipping period for your delivery address' country. If no 'Art Delivery Info' is given next to the product, standard dispatch and delivery times apply.
Delivery Costs
Delivery within UK:
Orders are set at a competitive flat rate of £6.50 for orders of 1-2 items.
For orders of 3, 4 or more items there is a £3.50 surcharge to the shipping total.
Delivery for Europe:
Orders are set at a flat rate £10 for orders of 1-2 items, with the exception of Italy, Greece and Russia where the flat rate is £13.78.
For orders of 3, 4 or more items there is a £5 surcharge to the shipping total.
Delivery World Wide:
Zone 1: Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and USA
Zone 2: Australia, Argentina, Chile, China, Israel, India, Japan, Korea (N) Democratic Peoples Republic, Korea (S) Republic, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, and USA.
For countries listed in Zone 1 orders are set at a flat rate £15 for orders of 1-2 items. For orders of 3, 4 or more items there is a £5 surcharge to the shipping total.
For countries listed in Zone 2 orders are set at a flat rate £18.20 for orders of 1-2 items. For orders of 3, 4 or more items there is a £5 surcharge to the shipping total.
(If your country is not listed here we unfortunately do not currently offer delivery to your country. Please call to see if it is possible to arrange a special delivery for you.)
Discounts and Surcharges
Small Products Delivery Discount:
For CD's and other small products you will automatically be issued with a £1.75 discount from the flat rate per small product item. This discount is automatically deducted from the total price of delivery for you.
Artwork Surcharge:
There is a £2 surcharge for every 1-2 prints ordered. This surcharge is for the professional protective packaging used in packing your order. All artwork is first rolled in acid free tissue paper and shipped using reinforced cardboard tubes. This surcharge is automatically added to your shipping total.
Multiple Goods Surcharge:
UK delivery:
For orders of 3, 4 or more items there is a £3.50 surcharge to the shipping total.
Europe and World Wide:
For orders of 3, 4 or more items there is a £5.00 surcharge to the shipping total.

How do I know if my item has been dispatched?
All orders placed before 2pm (GMT) will be shipped that day, dependant on payment and stock availability. You will receive a dispatch confirmation via email, sent to the email address on your online account.
Can I collect my item from your store?
Yes, please contact us on +44(0)113 244 1398 to arrange a store collection. Please print off, and bring along your order confirmation as we will require this as proof of purchase and identity. Your postage will be refunded upon collection.
Can someone else sign for my delivery?
Royal Mail and Fed Ex require somebody at the delivery address to sign for the package, it does not have to be the addressee. The signature is electronically logged for security. Any signature at the address will be taken as proof of delivery by us.
Can I change the delivery address?
On orders placed online we provide the option to ship to a different address than the one at which your card is registered. For security reasons, this service is discretionary, and we reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or verify details with our customers before shipping to a different address. If you have made a mistake with your delivery details contact us immediately and we can try to amend them. Orders placed over the telephone must be shipped to the billing address. If the order has already left our office, then the delivery address cannot be changed.
What if I'm not home when it's delivered?
If Royal Mail or FedEx are unable to obtain a signature from somebody at the address then your parcel will be returned to your nearest Royal Mail or FedEx depot. Royal Mail will leave a card at the delivery address, which will have instructions of re-delivery or collection.
What if my package hasn't been delivered?
If your order hasn't been delivered within the delivery time (at the top of this page) please contact us on +44(0)113 244 1398 or email us at info@paper-scissor-stone.co.uk. If you do not notify us within 28 days since the order was placed unfortunately we cannot be held responsible and no refund or exchange will be available.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If for any circumstance your package arrives damaged due to handling and you sign for it, then in signing for it you accept responsibility for this and we cannot be held responsible. If the package arrives damaged please contact us ASAP on +44 113 244 1398.
